Can't say enough wonderful things about this location and the manager, Lisa. When Irma was bearing down on us I was so concerned about my equipment and how to keep it safe and protected, it is my livelihood after all. Not only was Lisa nice and understanding she was able to find me the perfect unit to protect my mowers and other equipment. Thank you so much to Public Storage but especially to Lisa for providing me some peace of mind in a very chaotic time.

I can't say enough about this Public Storage facility. From the day I arrived to sign into a unit the girl's have gone above and beyond helpful. Today I came in; tomorrow I will be moving the rest of my items out of storage and wanted to ask a few questions. Felicia helped answer every question and more. Thank you Lisa, the manager whom I dealt with at the beginning of this journey of mine. I relocated from CT to this beautiful sunny state of FL.

GREAT STORAGE GREAT STAFF

We are redesigning our cluttered garage and needed somewhere to store large items. The staff Lisa was very knowlegeable and got us in and out super quick! We are very confident of the security and hope our project will take a month but if longer we have no worries! Thank you Lisa at Gunn Highway location!

Great Storage

Public Storage is a great place to store your items. They are friendly and we have access to our items anytime. Love that you have to enter your code twice, once to get in and once to get out--to me its good security. Anytime I need a place to store my stuff--i will definitely use Public Storage again.

New Unit

I currently have a storage unit in Pittsburgh are with Guardian Storage. Their units and facilities are so much more professional, cleaner and just nicer for the same price. I am disappointed with Public Storage facilities and would go elsewhere if a better option were available. This is only temporary.

8324 Gunn Hwy Tampa, FL location We have worked with Lisa and Ronald and have been very happy with our experiences at this particular location. Lisa and Ronald are friendly and helpful! Always nice to see a smiling face when we pass through.

Love Public Storage

I have used Public Storage on and off since 1990, and find that through out all of the locations the people are always friendly, polite and professional. The only knock I have them is that they advertise from time to time 1$ per month for a rental unit, but the fine print is so small that you cannot read the disclosure properly.

It was okay

I had already rented a 10x10 unit when the moving truck arrived. Of course not everything would fit and I held out a bedroom set that I would move back to the house but I needed to hold it at Public Storage for 3 days until I could move it. They would not rent a space for only three days, I had to pay for the whole month. Not cool!

HVAC not working for first month

That was our biggest issue since we paid for climate controlled storage.
