Bad CS, but clean

Overall I would still recommend it. CONS: The few times I've needed the office personnel was the worst. Opt for contactless registration and your good. Missing trash cans around the property; carry your trash with you. PROS: Much cleaner than other facilities and secure. Generally, there are around 6 dollys available. Garge gates, sliding doors, and elevators work with your access codes. Online payments are easy.

EXCELLENT CHOICE

This facility is convenient, easy to access and to leave the facility. It is quite clean, and above all the price of the unit is phenomenally low. I am so happy since my previous unit at another facility was raising my rent almost $100.00 and I had only been a customer since October 1, 2022.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Facility is great, Airconditioned!! Well lit, clean, has hand trucks and carts to take your stuff up to unit. I felt safe even by myself in my unit. Erica was wonderful very friendly.

Elevators didn’t work with our code

Did not honor online pricing

I started my order online. Before I completed my order I called the online telephone number to ask a few questions and I told the representative I saw the 50% off for two months I want that deal. The representative was sweet wanted to make sure it was best for me based on my needs. After all was said and done she gave me an amazing price. However I was too busy to complete everything with her over the phone. God knows I wish I completed everything on the phone. I asked would the storage representative see the information in the computer and I can pay at the storage. She said yes. I made it to the storage and the nightmare begins. Erica charged me 135.00 more than the representative told me on the phone. Erics went on this rant and getting upset because the third party shouldn't gave me that discount only if I did it online. Now she's not going to give this wonderful third party rep her commission because she shouldn't gave that special pricing to me. I'm sitting like wait you are about to charge me $135 more to move my stuff in plus charge me $40.00 more a month than what the third party gave me, and you want me to believe you are doing me a favor. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. She still refused to honor the price the third party gave me. She said I'm going to give you the discount and now she won't get her commission because she shouldn't did that. I paid $50.00 more than what the representative told me and $20.00 more a month. Erica was very unprofessional. I was too exhausted from moving all day to go back and forth. It was lower than what she initially quoted I just took the storage. Her behavior about the situation was very unprofessional.

I’m hoping that the closing hours of the storage could be more to it, I mean more hours. This a little compliant it that won’t interfere in my overall thoughts of the storage. It’s a good place.

Nice Facility. Friendly staff was very helpful. Quiet location. Under the roof parking great for rainy days. Reserved a unit online and moved in the same day.

Right place at the right time

The intake process didn't take long;the facility itself is impressive and immaculate. Chrissy was a huge help and explained everything in detail, showed me the unit which suited my storage needs. At first, the second floor where my unit is located looked like a maze, but I managed to figure it out quickly, and stored my items in under twenty minutes. Again, I thank Chrissy for her help and setting up my account.
