    Staff was very helpful all around, great customer service!

    Everyone was very helpful especially when I needed to upgrade to a larger space at the last minute. Brandi and her Supervisor expedited the process. Also Elizabeth assisted me when I was on site the first time to show me the lock set up and when the gate had issues when I left.

    Lots of small rules that add fees to rental

    Manager requires you to buy their locks, their insurance, and said I could not use my own unless it is in a rental insurance or homeowners insurance policy. Lock has to be cylindrical and from them. Unit does not measure as big as advertised.

    Nice, and very friendly.

    Excellent service, clean atmosphere. Looks very secure and with a convenient location.
