    Rat infested and filthy units - they bill twice

    Most terrible storage experience. First they promise one unit, give us another that is unacceptable (and charge us for it), then send us to another unit that was filthy disgusting gross walls. Four of us took 2 hours to clean the unit. Then our second unit Vivi knew we had brand new equipment. Within 10 days rat invested and ruined our equipment. They moved us and locked us out of our storage unit with the equipment for one week. Under duress, they made me sign a contract for the other unit (supposedly not rat invested) for more than $300/month. This unit was also double charged, including they charged me for the unit that got rat infested! RUN from this place! Go to Extra Space Storage on Cattlemen - no rats and no homeless here. Tell Kristy i sent you - took me 10-15 hours to find a clean place. District Manager was more concerned about her vacation return then helping a client they screwed royally. One week and Elana, the DM, never got back with me on overbilling. What a waste of time, a huge expense - by the way the insurance only covers $2,500 for rat damage. Lucky first review. They could care less.
