Do not rent here

We booked an outdoor parking spot for our utility trailer months in advance. We received an email confirmation as well as a couple of phone calls, confirming our details prior to our arrival. When we arrived, there was a remote attendant who swore that we did not have a reservation even though we provided a reservation number and the details. After much discussion, she was able to locate our reservation but said that the site reserved for us was no longer available. She then said she had no availability and turned us away. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Our move in was very smooth. We found the manager, Kris, to be knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. The facility is so clean and we appreciate the convenience of having a restroom on every floor. Another thing we appreciate is having sturdy, well maintained, and ample flatbed carts.
