    Easy to setup and access

    Public Storage was very attentive and helpful in my experience for finding storage. Use of Spare Foot made it easy to locate as well.

    Great experience

    The girl that helped me sign up for the unit was great. She answered all my questions made sure everything was taken care of before she hung up. I couldn't ask for better customer service. The facility and the unit I'm in was very clean. I will definitely recommend.

    It would be nice to have person to person communication when checking in.

    Overall very clean and easy process. Very hard to hear automated check in when you are at the kiosk. Highly recommend self checking in from their website.
