Falsely Advertised

I was told I would be getting an 8 x 8 storage unit and it was only an 8 x 7, therefore not all my stuff fit into it and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m stuck riding around with stuff in my car

Quick process

All the personnel was very nice and the contract process was very quick and easy. I just moved my stuffs from ExtraSpace where they changed and raised my monthly fee after having my belongings there for only 4 months. My new locker is spacious. I highly recommend CubeaSmart.

First impression, the rep was too busy on phone.

I walked in, looked around, stood by the desk of the representative & he didn't even look up to acknowledge me. After almost 10 minutes standing there & viewing the caged stacked storage facility, I walked out. The desk of the representative was messy & had fast food remnants. Assumed the rest of the place probably wasn't cared for.

Lisa helped me in multiple ways. She quickly responded once I arrived, and I was checked in to the non-climate controlled unit before I new it. When I got home, I decided to move to a climate controlled unit. I called Lisa who said it was no problem. Once again, when I arrived, Lisa quickly responded and found the ideal unit for my needs.
