    Good little box

    Good little box for my stuff. Although my code still doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. Had to call multiple times to get in. AC door is in the front! Not in the gate! New facility under construction right now. Very dark in some parts. Ac is nice.

    Needed a unit asap

    Was able to do everything online. And when I got to the unit, well it was on the very end and leaves had somehow got inside, I called and was able to switch units on the spot. And we did everything quick and super easy!

    Once you get a live person, they are very helpful.

    I was not told that there isn't an open office at the facility to sign a contract and get situated. I was there for nearly an hour, with my car loaded and the people on the phone (since no one would talk to me there), transferring me to everyone but someone who could help me. So I left and called later. I kept being told multiple offers, and we finally settled on one. So after e-signing the contract, I was given a unit number. It took me a bit to find it and when I did, there was already a lock on it! I had already unloaded half of my stuff into a cart. So I called again and they gave me a new unit, but it has a back door with another unit number on it. Had I not seen that, anyone could have opened that door and gotten to my stuff. I am hopefully settled now ( even though the unit is slightly smaller than advertised), the people have been very helpful. But I am still waiting on my corrected contract with the new unit number on it.
