    Very efficient checkin and helpful service desk

    Quick checkin process. Friendly helpful guy at the service desk. Absolutely love the app to be able to use to open gate vs looking up and punching in a number in the rain.

    Representatives were very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Would have given 5 stars except for the fact websites do not state CLEARLY that you have to have insurance so unless a customer knows in advance they are somewhat "blind-sided" when signing up to rent a unit.
