Disappointing

I felt there was too many hidden costs that werenтАЩt disclosed when I made the initial contact. Charging a 25 admin fee is ridiculous. What does that even mean ???? Then insurance needed ЁЯШ│ЁЯШ│. They buy your own lock. WasnтАЩt overall impressed with the admin side of the business

Only one person at office and she was 1/2 hour late arriving - stuck in traffic.

Finished the contract over the phone. Having car issues so haven't been able to get back to the property to put my stuff there. I was supposed to get everything set last Saturday but the office was closed due to illness.
