They have rats!!!

So we vo to check out our a find that there is a ripped hole in tbe sealing and rat feces everywhere. It's disgusting to think that we have all of our stuff still in there due to our current situation. There is no customer service their at all in the middle of the dayto help with questions, no matter who you call you always get stuck on the phone with a robot and then hug up on, and the storage units are extremely humid making me believe that there is black mold everywhere. Terrible experience overall. Can't wait to get my stuff out there.

My door looks like someone took a crowbar to it.

My experience here was not good. I made a reservation to see the unit and purchase. The facility was closed. During business hrs. I had to call twice to see where the person was. Only to have to book my unit online. Not seeing the unit the lock part on my door looks tore up. Like someone couldn't get in and tried to get it open with a crowbar.

Fast and easy. They showed us the space, we put the stuff in snd lock. They sell you lock. We will be back to put some more stuff.

Expected that climate controlled unit have access directly from outside, but no issue. Got a good support from the staff, person at the location.
