Prime Storage - Cocoa 3855 US-1

I would move out today except for the hassles of moving belongings again.

I have used storage locations and have never had the challenges I had with Prime Storage as they tried to push me into purchasing $18/month insurance on my property, which was already covered by my homeowners insurance. I provided initial documents and received multiple follow-ups from Prime Storage trying to claim my homeowners insurance did not cover my stored items. I had to obtain a direct message from my insurance company saying the property was covered and Prime Storage still replied with multiple messages and further requests (many duplicative as I anticipate the individual reviewing the response did not review other items I had already submitted). Your website similarly had errors when I was applying which said I needed to call vs making my online reservation. After I made the call, I noted I had three confirmation codes (from my three attempts) in my emails and had missed calls from someone at Prime Storage calling regarding my reservation/s. By far the worst experience I have ever had renting a storage unit and I will not be using Prime Storage again and will similarly be very vocal about Prime Storage's aggressive attempts to upsell me their insurance to anyone looking for a storage location to rent.
