Simply the best!

I would just like to say that Dale (N. Wickham Rd. location) is truly the best. He is friendly, covers all the information quite proficiently. Gave me all my paperwork i needed. Answered questions that i didnt realize i needed answered at the time. He didn't mind miwalking to show me my unit. So nice to be able to talk to someone instead of everything being online.

Dinorah was wonderfully helpful and patient in explaining the leasing contract, showing us various units, deciding the best fit, and then loaning us a trolly for move in day. I found the unit clean and with no mildewy smell (which I worried about). Would recommend to anyone looking for storage units.

Great people at the front desk

Great people at the front desk, we have stored household items there before and great experience those times also. Easy access into and out, all on one level easy walking. It would be super great if you had a gate clicker for folks older then 70 to enter and exit the gates. They could be activated for the time they have rented, then deactivated so we don't have to leave the car to push buttons. Just an idea for the old folks that need to store a few things Thank you for asking for suggestions

My only concern is the gates don't...

My only concern is the gates don't close. I understand there was lightening that could have caused the problem. Other than that, the customer service was great and the cleanliness and orderly environment is very commendable!

First time doing business with Public Storage. All encounters with staff have been positive.

The office staff is very pleasant and helpful, and are the only reason for more than one star.

The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. The facility needs some refurbishing. One exit gate has been not working for several days now. There should be a hand truck in every doorway access to the climate controlled sections. Instead there is only one for the building my storage unit is in--meaning only one for more than a hundred units. Today the one in my building was in use, so I had to find one in a building at the far end of the facility from mine and then push it across the outside pavement back to the building where my unit is. Pretty lame. Only one or two of the access and interior doors has a working door-stop attached to it. As soon as I can find a fully functional facility in the area I will be moving my stuff from Public Storage to a competitor.

Great experience, the prices were a little bit expensive.

After being given 30 days to vacate our existing storage due to them remodeling we had to find somewhere else, wanted something close to home, that was clean and affordable. Public Storage was the answer, went in today and was helped by Kelly and Rachael, looked after very well, was shown the available units and after selecting on the paperwork was easy and quick, the site is well maintained and very clean.
