We had a great move -in experience.

The facility is very clean and professionally run. We found the experience very easy to navigate. There was some confusion over the type of unit we required, but we were able to change to a climate controlled unit.

Margaret was very nice, professional, and understood my needs. The facility is clean and while quite large, easy to navigate. The only problem I had was a lack of dolly's. I don't know where they all went but none could be located on the day I needed one.
