I Appreciate all the attention given to me by staff

I just would like to say I have nothing but good things to say about this facility and it's staff. I was greeted outside within about 5 min of arriving by Carl, and was continually acknowledged while I Waited. For him to finish with the person ahead of me. Once waited on Carl's plightness and cheerful additude continue. As his attentiveness to details and my needs proofed to be very refreshing. And aided in helping me to put my not so good pass few days behind me. Also, a thank you goes out to Cece, as well for being patient and trying to help find away for me to be able to pay and start my account online. And the inside units are very nice and the restroom along with water fountain. Is a very nice touch and is appreciated.

Liz was very knowledgeable about the storage units, and she has great customer service. Carl is funny. He’s like that one uncle that everyone has in the family.

Highly recommend!

The facility has a brand new building with promotion even though it’s a high demand season. The staff, Elizabeth was very kind and thorough about explaining everything and she was very helpful. Access is easy and secure with the mobile app. I would highly recommend this place.

The manager Ciarra is awesome

The manager Ciarra was awesome. I had came in on a Friday to reserve my unit and realized Saturday I needed a bigger unit and she was willing to have it ready and didn't seem to mind changing my units even at last minute. She was great to work with! Facility is nice clean and secured !

Ciarra has made this property really ckean. As well as awesome customer service. She's always happy to help.

The staff here is wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. I had to move and was running extremely behind due to a rental truck issue and even though Shay could of easily just closed up shop and told me to come back the next day she patiently waited for me and had no indication of being short or upset that she was working past the time she was supposed to be home with her family on a Sunday. Ciarra the property manager is also just as great and is a pleasure to have dealt with. I thank them both for their outstanding work!
