    The storage space and service were fine once available.

    My one complaint is that the delivery service and I were kept waiting for one half hour from 9 AM to 9:30 PM, while your receptionist was sitting in the office and would not open up to accommodate us. I was told by the person with whom I booked this arrangement that the facility was open at 9 AM. What happened to the mantra that the customer is always right, and service comes first?
