Very efficient

Easy, smart safe system to get your unit

Happy with my experience

I was happy to get a climate controlled unit for my items. The manager was very helpful getting my account set up and showing me the unit.

Experience

The customer service representative who I dealt with was very knowledgeable. I was in an extreme hurry and she had the process moved in enough time for me to get to work on time.

Friendly staff

No issues with online reservations, checking in was easy, staff was kind.

service

A great big thank you to Matthew (who was filling in at Bristol) and Chris "the handy man" for fixing the door and latch on my cube within 24 hours!! Their professionalism and service was exceptional. Chris made sure that i was able to raise and lower the door without any problems and he fixed the latch that was hard to move. Please acknowledge these individuals for jobs well done!!

The placel was very clean

The manager wos very plait she was very professional i will tell my friend and familiy and place was very clean

Nice facility

Everything was great except for all the additional charges when I went to move in! Had to pay $30 for two locks cuz they gave me 2 5x10s instead of 1 10x10 like I asked for!! I should not have to pay for locks

Easy to use controls on freight elevator

Darlene was absolutely awesome and professional. Her manager Cathy C. was also absolutely helpful. The two managers knew their stuff...

Elevator was the best thing about the move.

Darlene the assistant manager was awesome very professional.

First Timer

This is my first storage unit and thus far, the only complaint I have was that I didn't have a hand truck available. (Friends have told me other facilities have them.) I'm not sure if there is one available to borrow from the office. Luckily, I was able to borrow one. Cathy, the representative who helped me with my paperwork, was very courteous. Overall, I am pleased with my experience.

Fast Friendly Service

The reservation process online was quick and simple, and the "move-in" day was fun and friendly. A++

Very accommodating!

Some issues related to new computer system. Very good otherwise.

great

Excellent service, the manager was very friendly and effective, the unit clean and secure. I love it

I had to move alone and I was having a really rough day and the woman at the front desk was amazing. She showed me where all of the hand trucks were and just really helped me out.
