Efficiency and outstanding service

Scheduled a unit online as I was moving in from out of state, was immediately contacted by the facility once reservation was filed to make sure I would have everything I needed upon arrival. The day of reservation came and let me tell you the young woman working the desk was fantastic! She had multiple people and was able to multitask to ensure all of us were being seen and taken care of. Her personality and ability to work so well under pressure was a great site to see and helped put my mind at ease regarding storing my items. Unit was super clean, great deal and monthly price. Would certainly recommend this location for storage needs.

The online service was easy the streamline was easy The setup was quick I appreciate the little locking baggage that was left in the unit besides that you know it was very clean actually it was very clean very clean I didn't have to do no real cleaning you know I just swept just because but I'm very happy with it and thank you

So understanding and helpful. Even when I couldn't finish before 10. No one gave me a hard time about it. There was a ton of traffic due to fire on the bridge and they really helped make everything as easy as possible for me. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
