Overall very pleasant experience.

We got there shortly before closing. Rachel was very helpful and got us our new unit even though she was just getting ready to leave for the day. The whole process was accomplished in about 15 to 20 minutes and we were able to begin to move our stuff into our new unit. Both the office area and the unit were very clean and Rachel was very efficient. I would recommend CubeSmart, Enfield, to any one.

I had a great experience with the team, we were able to get my unit lease completed quickly and easily. I was really pleased at how easy it was and! I was given good advice on the locale and given good advice for protecting my belongings. All in all, a great transaction.

From the moment I met Carla, I knew this was going to be a great experience. She made me feel like I was her only customer. The place was unbelievably clean and well maintained and my unit was exactly what I was looking for. I have no reservations about leaving my "stuff" there.

Once arrived at storage it was clear I needed a bigger unit. Even though my name was a joined to account they we're uncooperative in changing unit cause I wasn't the primary, even though i paid and set up reservation. Wouldn't give money back either if I rented a bigger one separately. Thus making my flu ridden wife bring our children on a hr &½ drive to come down and change it over.

The staff was extremely helpful. This is my first time using a storage unit and wasn't perfectly clear on how they worked. They were very patient and explained every detail so I understood my commitment.

We just moved in over the weekend and prior to the actual move realized that we needed a larger cube. The staff and Tammy in particular were extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this facility!!

The unit I rented was very clean when we opened it up. Also the staff was very knowledgable and helpful with the insurance. I Looked all around and couldn't find another storage for the price I got and when I got there they upgraded me to the next size bigger for FREE!! Happy Storer Here!!
