Awesome customer service

It was an easy process. Customer service at the storage facility helped me correctly gain access to the building due to the access code not working properly.

Very descriptive. Try to over charge.

Got a rental space. For two months in a row over charge and claims its my fault. Can not work with them

The young kid who assisted was super helpful and knowledgeable. Made everything a smooth process.

This would not be a good fit for someone with disability.

The units available were long distances from door. The configuration of building is poorly designed. There were no carts for transporting belongings. Employee had to retrieve carts from different floors. I ended up taking a unit much too small, with No promotion just so I could be near the door. Although employee was kind, it did compensate for lack of carts and long distance from doors.

The promotions advertised were not available.

It was not convient. All available units were long distances from the doors. There are not enough carts for transporting items to units. I had to wait while the attendant went to get more carts from other floors. There should be several at each entrance on each floor.

It was great experience the customer service representative was very professional very knowledgeable and moving in was great as well the facility is nice and clean the only thing I had to use bathroom and they were closed but all in all it was good. Thank you
