    Best people to deal with

    The second I walked into the office I was greeted with a beautiful smile and a politeness I haven't seen in a long time in this day and age. Kintessa was not only a pleasure but a knowledgeable professional anyone would love to deal with. I highly recommend this facility.

    Charolette the manager is amazing!

    Charolette went above and beyond helping me back my trailer into my parking spot. She was so patient with me and even got her husband out to help. I believe my trailer will be secure. Especially since she lives on site.

    This was the first time I used public...

    This was the first time I used public storage charlotte helped me to feel safe and made that easy for me which was great help for me to feel secure. I wish insurance rate was lower for small storage. 15.00 was a little high for 5\5 unite.

    We've used this Public Storage location for several years as needed for moving. It's always clean and accessible. Easy location of units. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

    I reviewed a number of places before choosing this one because the manager was so nice and helpful. The area was clean and felt very safe, but feeling able to contact management at any time and for any reason, is more than worth a price tag.

    Got no paper work showing exactly what I paid for.moved in on 13 the and got no credit for that half month payment due on 1 st fell like got shorted on time
