Everything is done online which I love. No paper to waste or time to wait for office hours. Very simple process and extremely clean facility.

Site manager went above and beyond

On my move day it was very cold and snowy. I called the site manager and he gave me a temporary code to get in. About a third into our unpacking he came out to us, introduced himself and told me he would get my code fixed.

Super clean and easy 24hr access!!

I would definitely recommend this self storage facility! Amazingly, you can order a unit, set up your account and pay all online! We ordered ours and put our belongings in the unit within the same hour! Sure wish it had a restroom though.

Easy to set up from out of town

Because the manager was easy to email and the website was clear, it was very easy to set this up for my daughter while in another state.

Great service by off-site manager

I arrived and had not received move-in instructions. There is no on-site manager so I was a little stressed. I was able to get in touch with Pete who had Tim call me. They took care of everything over the phone and got it all squared away. The unit itself was clean and ready for move-in. Tim even gave good tips on where to buy locks.

Facilities were very clean and the move in went smoothly.

The facility was easy to access and I feel comfortable with leaving my storage items here.

Place is clean and well-kept new building could use some landscaping or wind protection should be open 24 hours if it has a security gate good room for the price

Cheap and low on interaction

The door to the inside units is busted and hangs awkwardly when open but that's not a big deal to me.
