Dirty rude unsafe and unhelpful

Not only is not only is this place has just gone to poop I wish I could say otherwise but my unit was broken into and trying to get them to send the incident report so I could get my insurance claim it's like pulling teeth I've already done my due diligence they have not been theirs let alone the security guards making you feel like you're a criminal for just being near your own unit they think they're helping but really they're not they're just big bullies trying to push their weight around apparently they had lost their trash contract with the city and it is just overflowing everywhere trash that is it's starting to get too much for me to even handle and then there was a fire that broke out in the unit downstairs because somebody was pretty much living in there I just don't feel like my stuff is very safe plus the break-in I just want to feel like my communion cares or that my life in my broken could be helped a little bit it just takes one email and life would be so much easier but they seem to not even care about that!

As a techno dinosaur, I had problems with the virtual office. it's new tech, so when housekeeping staff have to tell me how to enter the property there is a serious disconnect. Make it idiot proof, I am moving alone, but with somany dudes dealing with wives who hate moving you need something easy. goddit???

Unit was as advertised and staff were virtual, but very attentive.
