price was decent. interaction with the worker was somewhat awkward, got the vibe he was suspicious of my character and was curious what my true intentions where for renting the unit

Us storage is all right in my book, the only problem is that there seems to be some hinky people who have been staying overnight there whickh concerns me for the safety of my storage. In less than a week i have been approached by ither tenants that tell me if an electrician named Scott and his girlfriend Lea that sopposedly live there and that Scott has been thieving by breaking into uniys with his homemade keys and that he has 3 units rented to him or he has access to that he uses for bedding down different woman and his girlfriend! What is really going on here? Is this "Storage Whores" from what i have heard from more than one other tenant this seems to be true! Why would tge corporate office allow this Scott to continue having a store or storages here? Besides all that this facility has great potential , i just hope this Scott the electricisn doesnt break into my unit. Overall besides that excellent!

Super friendly staff, clean units and secure facility.

This is my second time renting from these guys and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Sam and Cleo were there that day. Both of them have such great personalities and are customer service pros. We got a great rate through Spare Foot and were able to use their truck for free! Simple, easy, smooth process from start to finish. Next time, we won't even bother looking anywhere else!

This is my second time renting a storage unit at US Storage Westminster. I am 100% satisfied with them

Not fully satisfied

I left my last storage unit because security was bad and I lost a lot of my stuff in a burglary. I was also disgruntled by their constant raising of the monthly fee. IN U.S. STORAGE CENTER: I feel it's more secure with their lock system. I don't know if they have much of a camera monitoring system (which is bad) but I like the kind of locks their units require (hard to cut but not impossible to break). I don't like the fact that their special unit locks required purchasing them from the main office. I further don't like the fact that monthly rent will inevitably increase after a certain amount of months. I can't wait til I have a bigger place so I needn't worry about rental units!

Easy, wonderful process

I was very impressed with the assistance I was shown by all the people I dealt with.

The onsite manager was filling in at that property and was very accommodating and very professional.

I had an extremely positive experience booking and moving into this facility. Kelli set me up really quickly and explained everything well. And she even set up a free moving truck for me to use! Moving in was easy! Lots of Equipment is available to use and the elevators are great!

Very secure. Open enough for big rigs to drop off your load. Prices reasonable for the area.

They didn't have the unit that I reserved, so they gave me a bigger one at the same price. I'm happy!

Had a miscommunication on when to return the truck, but all was fine.
