Great overall storage company

Great communication, safety of stuff at the property with lots of cameras and when you go in and exit you have to type your code for extra procaution to the property and customer belongings.

Joy is amazing but outside of the internal buildings doesn't feel too safe. It's likely because of the area.

PRETTY PLEASANT EXCEPT FOR THE PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT

Pretty pleasant for the most part. Johhn, the on site manager is vvery easy to talk with & very knowledgeable of the company, its products, policies & etc. However, there are 2 women whom I've encountered in the last few weeks while I've been at my unit & they both were sooo way abruptly rude & assuming of what I was doing in my unit. I HAVE NEVER USED MY UNIT TO LIVE IN OR SLEEP IN EVER!!! Yet, both of these female employees ACCUSED me of such!!! I DID TAKE NOTICE that there are quite a number of other people who, in fact, ARE USING THEIR UNITS FOR EXACTLY THE ASSUMING I WAS ACCUSED OF!!! A few of them even have their units arranged with furniture & etc & leave their door open with NOT EITHER of the 2 female employees saying anything to them ever!!! I WITNESSED the 2 female employees just TURNING A BLIND EYE TO IT!!! It seems that every time I'm going to my unit there's someone ALWAYS BLOCKING 1 OR MORE of the corridors that I lead to my unit with all their stuff TOOO. I don't appreciate the apparent PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT that is happening!!! I would have NEVER made it a issue but since I've been ASSUMINGLY ACCUSED IT'S AN ISSUE NOW!!! THANK YOU JANINE W

I think the office manager was great

I think the office manager was great. He explained everything and made sure I got the best deal. He even checked to see if a storage unit opened up closer to my city and he quoted me the price. Although the location is not the best, but the facility itself is relatively clean and secure. I just wish the storage hours were a bit longer as traffic could be dodgy at times. But overall I'm satisfied.

I enjoy the personable experiance everytime I need the staff for assistance pertaining to my storage unit.

Location is definitely not the best but the staff were extremely helpful. This was my first time needing to rent a storage and Chanda (staff member) was so helpful! She walked me through the entire process, was very attentive in showing me around. I would definitely recommend this place and if I ever find myself in need of renting a storage again I'll definitely come here.

Perfect what we needed!

We needed last minute storage due to the fact that we are doing some renovations at home and our current storage space was not working out. We called and the same day we moved our belongings! fast, quick and simple! We were able to take advantage of a promotion they were having that month as well. Everything from the space itself, the entire facility and the staff were great and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend Public Storage to all my family and friends!

The person that assisted me was knowledgeable. He made sure that we were renting the right size unit for what we had to store. He was detail oriented and very thorough. We felt very comfortable and in good hands.I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
