Clean and secure with a friendly, helpful staff.

Allen Ave. Self Storage is definitely an upgrade from my previous storage unit - clean, secure, well lit, well ventilated, and at a much better price. The management was friendly, helpful and professional. I'm very happy with the change.

Good Value in a well maintained facility

The staff was very helpful and pateint as I searched for my insurance policy online. The business used electronic forms which was much easier than paper forms.

This place is super clean and the staff is amazing great price

The experience was easy fast and saved me almost half of other near by storage facilities. Wonderful staff, well lit and very clean. I would recommend looking here before you go anywhere else.

Very clean and smooth move-in process

Great experience moving in. Make sure you finish everything by 6:45pm, as you can't use the facility after 6:45pm.

Crazy clean, easy access, great size for price.

Recently relocated from northern NV and need to store all my things until I found a permanent dwelling place. The customer service here from the moment I walked in was fantastic. The loading doc fit my Uhaul like a dream and my unit fit more than I hoped!

Easy and friendly

I needed more room and found it at Allen Storage. Norman the service associate had 8 guests including me and a vendor that delivered water while multitasking all to service us. It was nice see someone want to be of service and with efficiency.

Really happy with this storage facility.

The front desk was helpful. The discount is fabulous! The facility is clean and safe. They have several carts available for free to assist with moving the stuff in and out. Definitely recommend this facility!!!

BEST STORAGE FACILITY IN PASADENA!

I have to say, this is the best storage facility in Pasadena. Its clean, well managed, and the hours are the best, 7am to 7pm. They work around the clock, and they are very prompt. Gated, private code to get in. Roll up doors. I would recommend anyone I know to rent here.
