    So Kind and Helpful

    I had been moving that day which was very stressful from NV to Sonoma County so had already had a long drive then had to move all of my belongings to my new upstairs home so I was extremely tired When I arrived I was greeted with a smile by a very nice and kind woman ( I am so sorry that I have forgotten your name :( ) She made the process so simple and she wanted to make sure the unit was to my satisfaction so she drove me to the unit and it was perfect I like the fact that the facility is gated too ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Storage King of Santa Rosa My Extra Belongings I know will be safe in Storage Kings Facility Thank you Storage King ﾃｰﾅｸ邃｢ﾂ湘ｰﾅｸﾅ陳ｷ

    The storage is clean and safe. I was helped by a representative (forgot his name) with excellent customer sevice skill .He showed me their storage and helped with the paper work. He was friendly and quick.

    Admin fee

    If insurance is mandatory then include it in the price. Hidden fees like "admin fee" are shady. Still it's a good facility

    Easy to Reserve Beforehand

    I really liked how easy and straightforward the reserving and registering was online, the day before I even got back into town. The staff are helpful and thorough as well. Honestly, it was one of the smoothest moves I've ever made.

    Wonderful staff/Mgrs.

    Easy process, had good time renting/registering etc. Fair price and good access. Wish I had looked here first in my search.     Very lucky to find this facility!

    A five-star experience. Great pricing, great hours, excellent service and very secure. Not much more to say except it's perhaps the best storage deal in the county.

    Worth it

    You get what you pay for, all outside so subject to the normal bugs and dirt that comes with it. Minimal staff but friendly.
