Quick and easy contractless move in!

Three month special rate through sparefoot,com at the clean, secure facility in the most convenient, centrally located area made this my choice. Almost all paperwork was completed online and the office staff brought paperwork requiring signature to the outside as there was a tech issue precluding virtual signature. Other than that, the phone system was wonky, but once staff is in direct contact, they were efficient and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better deal with fifty percent off for three months Recommend highly!

From speaking with Nick to the lady at the counter to the actual storage bin...everything was far better than we ever expected! Everyone was knowledgable and super friendly. Facility is extremely secure and clean. We feel very comfortable leaving our items there!

Great Customer Service

The owners were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the space I reserved was too small so I had to reserve at another storage facility due to the pricing. But since I paid prior to looking at the unit, I ended up changing to an even smaller unit leaving the few items I had with me there locked up. This was only because they don't offer refunds and I ended up with a credit that will at least take me a couple of days into the following month before I have to move my belongings out to my new bigger storage. I would recommend them if you're able to pay their prices or if you're able to get a good deal on Sparefoot.

I actually moved in 2 weeks early and because there was probably no tracking being done on this, I kept receiving move-in reminders from Sparefoot. :) Thanks. :)

It was a good experience. Pretty quick and easy to get a spot. The storage was slightly dirty when I first moved in.

This was my first experience renting a storage space. I stopped by a couple weeks before and was helped by a really nice lady who even directed me to sparefoot to reserve the unit and save extra! I got 50% my first month and on move-in day they even pro-rated it for the remainging few days of the current month! They were extremely helpful and answered all my questions throughly. Moving into the storage unit was very easy and stress-free. This place is really secure and I feel really safe leaving all my belongings here! Thanks again guys!
