We moved our items in and the staff / manager at the facility was wonderful and assured we have a unit and were properly assisted.

I would never recommend this storage place complete false advertisement

This was false advertising this storage unit is disgusting although I should have gone and looked at it what I saw online was not at all what it turned out to be my storage unit is so far from the very lift and there's no climate control and there's no light I found wood dust all over the floor in the unit which tells me that it's infested with termites which is going to probably get into my boxes there was garbage everywhere outside the unit I am completely disgusted with this storage place

the place is dirty people parked all down the driveway could barely go on

Really a big mess. Had too ask if they could clean it first. I still have to bleaxe it again so my things didn't get all dirt. There was oil every where so I had to re clean it myself and still put a sheet down on floor .

Overall it was a good price comparatively to other storages and the customer service was excellent, she was professional and very informative, really very good customer service, and the unit was swept out by the lady that helped me in a very timely manner.

The place is not clean and does not have lighting.

I have found trash bags full of other peoples items that they did not want in their unit outside in the halls and in the door ways. The here is no lighting in the upstairs units so packing even during the day is difficult. The price I got was nice only because I went though sparefoot.com to find a cheaper rate

Pulled up to the facility and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never had a storage unit before so I was confused on how the process worked. The people in the office were very nice and helped me use my code and find my unit very quickly. Great place

This is by far the best place!

The process was quick and easy to sign up. The staff at my new CubeSmart location are all very friendly and helpful and the facility was clean unlike most storage facilities. I'm excited to be here where a lot of my important stuff will be! If you are looking at storage units, take it from whos had many over the last 10 year, this is by far the best place!

Adequate for my needs

This location prices by where your unit is located. I use a walker and am disabled with little budget room for a storage.but I got a good price for 10x 10 but on3rd floor had to use stairs no elevator for people freight elevator only people not allowed to ride on it have to hike the stairs.

Overall service was great! Paperwork was ready, answered all concerns and questions! Very professional and all fine details explained! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m unsure of salesman name, I think John, but he was ready! Great customer service!

The manager was very helpful and efficient when going over the paperwork. Nice facility. Only issue is with the restroom. It needs to be unlocked by the manager every time
