This is my second time renting at this location

This is a good facility with a helpful and friendly staff. Krista is very nice, very knowledgable about the process and efficient in getting you setup. This is always my forst look foro local storage.

Storage unit booking process easy

Booking process though Sparefoot was simple and to the point. Showed up to the storage facility to find the unit was ready. Paid the fees which include first month $42 insurance $12 admin fee $20 - if you have no lock that's an additional cost as well.

Excellent storage

The couple that are here are very customer service focused and make you feel like you're more than a dollar sign. They explained everything well and are very wonderful people to store my belongings safely

Disappointed with staff

The facility itself is fine, but the staff is very unprofessional, to the point of rude and insulting... So my bf and 2 friends and I went to go check out the storage to see if it would be big enough for all our stuff. We were all exhausted from packing the night before, so we sat down in the unit to take a quick break and discuss how we were going to make everything fit. Well, the girl from the front office came up and proceeded to tell us that there was no "hanging out" in the units and (here's the rude part) she said "I'm just reminding you because I already have a bad feeling about you guys renting this unit". I WAS ABSOLUTELY FLOORED! Instead of introducing herself, she was prejudging us instead?! I just looked at her and said "yeah, me too." Needless to say, we won't be storing there next month.

Quick and easy check-in

Meet with a smile, quick and efficient check-in process, even switching units that met my needs. Great service at the front office, ver6 helpful. Easy access in and out of the gate, very clean facility!

Wished it wasn't so expensive vs size/where it's at.

Not much to say yet, since I barely moved in. Didn't realize how out of the way it would be for me, prior to move in. Also, didn't seem to friendly. Feel like I made a mistake, but only time will tell.

Excellent manager, clean units

The manager, is wonderful and very helpful.

Some staff are rude

Not really recommend because of staff. Location is ok. Price ok. My unit was not the size offered, it is less size. Parking lot very small. But staff member was unkind so I'm not storing there again.

In a hurry

MIL moved out and with no planning we called ahead : brought the truck and an hour later we were returning to our Sunday funday. Thank you

I love it! Very clean facility! I can see cameras everywhere! Very accessible to my storage unit! Like I said: I LOVE IT!

Wow it was easy to move in

I have never rented a storage unit before and these guys made it so easy. Did everything online with the paperwork and then show up to pick up my lock the check into my unit. Great customer service.

Really great experience

The customer service was outstanding and so very helpful. The move in was smooth and any questions we had were answered. Because of Covid-19 everything was done contact free. All went well!!

Need more carts

Donte was terrific on check in. You need more carts and/or one should not have to surrender their driverﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s license to get a cart. In short no cart was available for us when we unloaded, and we were too far from entrance to keep checking back given our time constraint. That was quite disappointing.

So far so good. Smooth transaction.

Pricing was the best between all facilities. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
