What’s going on with my storage unit 5024

I still have a space at this address but no One contacted me . Moved to 150 Tully road and closed my other storage at Rengstorff . Can someone contact me pls? I was out of the country and no one emailed or texted me .

Horrible Access Hours

Access hours are horrible! 8 am to 6 pm and you have to be off premises by 5:45 pm. You pretty much can't be in the facility until staff is in the office I would have never gotten the unit at this location if I'd knew that off hand as it is not practical for a person who has a job. Perhaps if the access hours would change, they would have a different type of clientele ones they can trust to be there when they're not around!

It took so much before I was able to move in. Picked up a key to pick up a cart, needs to code when using the elevator , when done , needs to go back to the office to turn back the key for the cart .

Easy set up online & app

Just wanted to clean up & put some stuff in storage,Young lady upfront (sorry, forgot her name) was nice & helpful with the map. All the paper work online is straight forward. The Bluetooth capabilities on the isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t always the fastest but it works pretty decent.

Activated Alarms Did Not have Security Response on 1/1/23 !

I like the facility with the versatile options and the location. However, I showed up on New Years Day at 8:30am during their access hours to help my mother in her storage and the codes were not working for access due to an activated alarm in the building that was blasting. We went to the front sliding door where the office is located and found that one of the sliding doors was completely off the rail and open for anyone, including intruders. We waited until 9:45am to see if security would respond to the activated alarm and no such luck. It doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make me feel my belongings are very secure there. I have insurance coverage for my storage but this shouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t happen even on a national holiday.

Too high for the service

Limited hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm - they will literally lock you in if you are 1 minute over, and threaten you, even though there is someone who lives there on site. All bathrooms are locked; you have to go to the front office if you are working in your storage and need to go. They raise your price without warning, claiming "market price" but when the market price goes down they will not lower it. So the longer you stay the more you pay. Wouldn't you think that loyal customers should get a break?

Super friendly and well run

Booked 2 units here after a dreadful experience at another storage company. Staff here (especially Mike) were awesome. Went out of there way to get me setup and move-in ready.
