I moved out of my room that I rented to live in my car to save some money and the transitions couldn’t have gone smoother with the help of this storage unit. I was able to fit all the things I need and had a blast doing it! Thank you Aspin Mini Storage!

If the US Marines partnered up with a Fortune 500 company and a humanitarian nonprofit this combined would not be as good as Jacob at the storage facility. He is professional, kind, on top of everything and really goes the extra 1 million miles for his customers.

A BLESSING!!!

I was in the midst of a legal eviction, two days before the sheriff's official lock out. I was dealing with a slumlord situation so bad, that even the sheriff delivering the eviction notice was SO gentle and kind! :) I've never been through an eviction before, and it's a nightmare. I found this storage facility, as my sister in Chicago flew out to help me move. We were saving whatever family heirlooms we could in short time, and could salvage from mold. Jacob at the facility is super sweet! I had only mentioned that we were on a time crunch, and he still treated the situation with every bit of respect and urgency, just as if it were his own family member. I did a free unit reserve the day before the move, so it made the process much quicker for all. My sister and I popped in, paid for the unit, and 20 minutes later were off to the u-haul center. In the midst of the move, and trying to stay on time for a flight, I forgot my lock! We called the next morning, Jacob made a special effort, and put a lock on the unit for us! :) We just gave him a card over the phone to pay for the cost of the lock. Between the sheriff and Jacob, I left California for Chicago feeling so blessed, secure, and incredibly lucky to be in very trustworthy hands. I had escaped an increasingly dangerous 5-year sleigh ride in slumlord hell, that I couldn't financially afford to bail out of earlier. This was a beautiful closure, and a rrefreshing breath, to my new start.

I had the best visit when I went in to get a unit, Jacob was on it and very verbal with every bit of knowledge fir me to know. He had great customer service and went out of his way to help me. I am so glad I choose Aspin as my place to store my life. Thank You Jacob.

Fun and informative! With out menchining names or units, I enjoyed a few story's like "i had this one customer one day that", or " there was a lady this time that"! Well you get the picture. The paperwork all done on computer, quick and well explained! We were experienceing 107 degrees out that day (relief from the previous 117s) and i was feeling nauseous untill i went inside the office which was nicely chilled. after all was done i felt ready for the tuff part, the unload! Thanks again guys for a memerable and very friendly experience! To our new friend!
