Great service, thank you Samantha! Very good gate access hours, Nice clean facility, I still wonder where or if there is a rest room available. I haven't found one there yet. For the best I suppose. Not sure about their requirement that I had to buy their $21.00 lock. Wonderful, now I have more useless locks for my collection.

Your Petaluma Representative is Excellent, the phone people also very efficient, I am back for my 2nd 10X30' Unit, its perfect for a Temporary 4-5 month wait for a New Home. We feel Safe and Dry. Happy Holidays!

Saw a sign for moving supplies on Lakeville as I was driving to work this morning. I was happy to hear a nice person on the other line when I called to make sure it was for the same place. When I stopped by after work, Samantha greeted me with great professionalism and she really knew her stuff. She showed me exactly what I would need to use to move and keep my stuff looking fresh. She told me about the discounts and saved me a lot of money. She even helped me carry the big load to my truck. Thanks for all of your help Samantha!

Great to book online, disappointing pricing system

My favorite part about public storage is the ability to view available units and book online. We had trouble contacting some other storage unit facilities and were frustrated by the lack of follow-up but everyone here was great. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, especially Samantha. The facility was clean and easy to access. Just disappointed in the supply/demand model pricing which I totally understand but after having two units of the same size with them with hugely disproportionate rates, they were unwilling to negotiate. Ended up moving both units (thereby increasing their supply) down the road to Lakeville Mini Storage and it saved us $250/mo. We're long-term storers and so it was a shame to have to move.
