I checked around and saw this place had a great location for me and the pricing was perfect. I reserved my space online and a friendly customer service rep contacted me and helped me through the process. I was having internet connection issues at home and the rep patiently waited on the line as I resolved it and finished booking my space. They provided everything I needed to move in and the place was super clean.

I don't like giving a negative review because the staff at the facility was outstanding. Unfortunately when I opened my storage unit, we found that the lift was out of order. it has now been four days and the lift is still not fixed and the facility manager has not returned my call.
