I wish there were more carts to use...

I wish there were more carts to use because especially at the end of the month on a weekend, everyone is there and it took me longer than expected to move out of a space because there weren't any carts available when I first got there. Also I think there should be 1 extra person in the office on those weekends that fall at the end of the month so the wait time isn't as long to get all your paperwork done. The office staff were very nice and professional. I would recommend Public Storage to family and friends.

Maria and Seth are the BEST!!!! I've had this storage unit for almost 4 years and they are always VERY friendly and always willing to help in any way they can...answering questions, finding me storage carts etc. They BOTH deserve raises!!! Thanks to both of them and ALL the office staff for excellent service!

Came in to grab some thing. I forgot my code and the managers Maria and seth were very easy going. Great customer service even though i have been a customer and asked for a simple favor. Thank you.

The managers and staff are great. There are carts to use when you need to load in or out but they're only available when the office is open. I bought a dolly because I often go when office is closed. Also the opening and closing times are always changing. If there's a winter schedule and a summer schedule then I could deal with that. But the schedule changes aren't consistent. Last time I went the facility was closed but the open and close times weren't posted. I don't feel like I should have to check the website every time I need to go to my unit. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars. In the beginning it was open 6am to 9pm which is perfect for me because I get out of work around 5 or 6 and I would still have time to go to my unit. Then they changed it to 8. OK not a bad time but then they changed it to 6pm and I'd have to wait until the weekend to get in. Now I see that on Sundays they're not even open until 9:30am. It doesn't even say what time they close. This really needs to improve.

It's amazing! They are of big help for my emergency move out. It relieved me. The price is very good deal. Both Maria and Maritza are very helpful and friendly. I'm blessed I choose this spot. Thank you guys keep up the good work. God bless you.

Excellent Service and Facility

Expensive for the small space, 10 X 10, but they accommodated my request to not have to use the elevator!

Excellent staff - particularly Brie and Oscar

I've had a great experience so far with Public Storage. The units are a bit too expensive but the staff is excellent, especially Brie and Oscar who've been helping me out extensively. I'm happy to continue using Public Storage Van Nuys.

I didn't get what I expected!

I used the publicstorage.com site to search for a climate controlled location and the one it sent me to doesn't appear to have any climate control. Nor does it have lights in the unit which makes it very hard to use the space as a handy storage extension in which I can easily access my belongings.

Never thought I would need a Storage Space...

As it turns out, I needed a place immediately and without any hassles... I went directly to my neighborhood Public Storage and within 45 minutes was moving my stuff into a reasonably priced and perfectly sized space for my purpose. Thank You Public Storage for being so helpful.
