I am happy with my storage space

I am happy with my storage space. The only thing that would make my experience better would be if they had outlets in the units.

Came back!

The check in was so quick and I connected very well with the girl that was closing that night. The unit was clean and doors open easily. This was the first place i rented from. After renting units a couple other places, I was happy to come back to this one.

Best possible experience I could've hoped for.

I am grateful for the excellent service that all of the staff has provided me on each and every trip to my new storage unit. In particular, Jay, assisted me on several occasions, including following up on my reservations, giving me straightforward driving directions...definitely went above and beyond "great customer service" in the traditional sense of the expression. The storage facility is conveniently located right off the freeway, clean, secure, and my unit is more spacious and clean than I had expected. I'm definitely satisfied with Public Storage all the way around and would not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone in need.

This is by far one of the nicest storage places. I've been storing here for years and feel very confident that my things are safe. Jennifer always helps me and greets me with a smile.I highly recommend this place and come say hi to Jennifer.

Nothing to it. Jennifer showed me the unit and told me about security and price. Signed agreement and started unloading. I like easy.

Bad Experience Fixed

At the onset, my recent experience with PS was most inconvenient and troublesome. Due to a computer glitch my start up payment went thru, but I wasn't in the system somehow and could not gain access to my unit. The Manager was tireless in his efforts toward rectifying the glitch. He was polite, professional and fixed the problem quickly. Glad I chose Public Storage. I'm impressed with their operation, security and effort.

Fantastic experience at this Public Storage. Jay at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The units are very clean and well kept, and access is easy via two large elevators. Neighborhood is safe, and easy to get to off the freeway. I'd recommend this facility to anyone needing quality storage at prices much more reasonable than you'll find further towards L.A. A very positive experience all around.

Oxnard facility

We recently rented a storage unit from Public Storage as we downsized from a house to an apartment. With many years of accumulation of personal property, it was impossible to fit everything into the apartment. Thankfully, we can utilize our storage unit and access our belongings at our convenience.

Overall good, although strange policy on insurance

Overall, the facility was very good. The managers were very nice as well. During move in I had a strange experience with the tenant insurance. On move in I was told by the on-site managers that purchasing their tenant insurance was mandatory. After I got home and checked the contract more carefully, I didn't see anywhere that said purchasing their insurance was mandatory. So I went back in and the manager on-site (a different one), told me that it wasn't mandatory and I could decline it. Otherwise the experience was great.
