    All of the employees here have been very helpful over the last couple of months. I feel comfortable storing here and it is clean. Omar and the girl Joseph at the office are very helpful and always there to answer my calls. The place is never congested with cars so getting in and out is easy and convenient thanks. -j

    Just left yesterday after about six months of renting. Moving in and out was very easy and Omar was very accommodating to our needs. If I ever need storage again I will come back here. The hours and the first floor units are great. A++

    Thank you omar for the fantastic service. I could not have had a better experience. The lot is nice and big with enough room to park next to your unit which makes moving stuff in and out very easy. The prices are also great, got a good deal on a 10x10! Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you for your help!

    Excellent customer service and very clean office and location!! Omar was very accommodating, even though it was a last minute decision. I showed up right at closing and Omar did not hesitate to help me out, he was very courteous. If you guys need storage, come see this guy! The competitive prices are the cherry on top!

    Amazing Service

    The Van Nuys location is extremely convenient and clean! The customer service is amazing and the explanation of the terms and conditions of our rental for the storage unit were plain and clear. We even received a phone call from Omar after a couple of days asking us if we needed anything else. I can't say enough about how great Public Storage has been to us. Public Storage has made my move from Texas to Los Angeles so smooth and easy. I HIGHLY recommend them.

    I was greeted by one of the nicest employees ever. She gave me a tour of the storage space and she helped me figure out what size space I needed for all my things. She really went the extra mile :)

    Very helpful!

    Was very pleased with my 6 month stay at P.S. on Van Owen. Hayden (sp?) was super helpful both upon move in and move out. It is never comfortable to tell a business you are no longer able to patronize them, but he was very gracious and extended congratulations on my move. What impressed me the most, however, was his reworking some things to actually make it less costly than it could have been. Above and beyond. The only drawback is limited access hours. which makes it a 4.999! But 5+ for Hayden
