Need storage for an older restored VW convertible. Prior to my visit Susanna went out to measure the unit to make sure the auto would fit. Upon arriva she was helpful. The business transaction was efficently completed and I feel that the facility is secure and safe.

Terrible service at the 2065 Placentia...

Terrible service at the 2065 Placentia Ave Costa Mesa, CA 92627. My unit was robbed and was not contacted until the next day. Then they were to replace the broken latch and took 24 hours to replace leaving my unit open to more theft. Lost thousands of dollars worth of items. Employee said the second floor is vulnerable for theft. She said they can move us to a lower unit but never happened. Horrible service! Tried calling district manager but never received a call back. Now I moved out of my unit and it has been 2 days and still no email of a move out receipt as promised again from the same employee.
