    Paid for a big storage but got a small one

    They gave me a 4 x 6 when I paid for a 5 x 7. I told them this and they told me that sizes are approximate. They offered another storage space but that one was smaller because there was a pipe in the way. I kept it because I needed it.

    Easy reservation system

    Instead of 1 100 sq. ft. unit, I was given 2 50 sq.ft. units. Neither unit has a light source. Other than that, everything was delivered as expected.
