My wife and I were in need of a 5x5...

My wife and I were in need of a 5x5 unit just to store some overflow from our home. I inquired at public storage and found the property manager very friendly and helpful. Entering the rental agreement was quick and easy and everything was explained step by step and took a total of about 15 minutes to go from being swamped with boxes to everything neatly stored. I highly recommend this location.

Very happy with the service. Carol was very helpful and informative.

I had a good experience with them. On my moving out of my unit it was after 5 on a Friday I caught Carol as she was leaving told her I need to do my vacate so I would not get charged another day. She was very nice and clocked back in and checked me out. She was very professional.

Had a great experience with help on picking out the right sized unit and also being thoroughly informed on the way the lease is set up. Ask for Carol if you want it done quick and efficiently.

My option

So far its been a good experience. The only thing i can say is in need of change is the cost. Im on a fixed incone and needed storage cause i kist my place. I had to be homeless for this mobth hust to put my things in a storage. Now i had to keep my things. But i have to spend christmas honeless wuth my kid.im on disabilluty and. Dont make enough to pay both movibg cost and storage.

My experience here has been excellent, particularly as a result of topnotch customer service provided by manager Donna and assistant manager Carol...from the initial reservation setup to storing advice, monthly payment reminders, etc. They really go 'the extra mile' to be helpful in many ways throughout the whole process, which can be so stressful otherwise. It's hard not to appreciate any business you patronize these days that is genuinely kind, honest and informative. A rare find. Highly recommend.

I needed a storage locker for a short term, and my experience with Public Storage was as smooth and professional as I could have possibly imagined. My need was met, and terminating the contract was clean and simple. I would definitely recommend PS to anybody who needed storage space, whether long or short term, and feel confident that they would be treated fairly, and that their 'stuff' was safe and secure.
