Unit is fine

The latch is a bit mangled from an attempt to break in, but still locks fine. Long walk to unit. Unit very far from office. Very few carts, often not available at distant office. Access hours limited, closes much earlier than most. All things considered, the rental fee for the unit is better than many. On site personnel friendly and helpful.

The unit is fairly clean, easily accessible, and reasonably priced. One fault I have is there weren’t any places to throw trash away.

Great customer service

The woman working the front desk was extremely warm and helpful.

Good price and clean

The unit was clean and a good price. The only downside is that there is 1 elevator for a large area of units so we had to wait behind another group unloading their UHaul before we could begin.

Overall Good

Everything is good, pricing, neat and clean storage. I am only giving 3 to customer service as I didn't get clear information on insurance. Executive said it is required but I believe per papers it is not required and as per customer wish. So there was a confusion. So I spend 15/month which was not required.

Great facility but inconvenient access timings

The timing to access the facility is inadequate. Would be better if the facility is open from 8am to 8pm in the weekdays so that people can access after work or before going to work

Kim was very helpful, answered all my questions, and got me checked in and set up with no problems.

Jonathan helped me out with my reservation and paperwork. Space was exactly what I needed. Kim and Joan were instrumental in smoothening my 'vacate' process. I'd use their services again.
