The manager was very kind and helpful. She helped me get everything sorted efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I can drive my car right up to the storage unit to unload stuff, which is convenient.

When going there the personel has door locked and return in half hour . No true , door is locked no one to help you.

Quick & Easy

You can read all the reviews you want, but it ultimately comes down to your decision. What I wanted was to feel good about our storage selection and this facility did not disappoint one bit. Front of house staff (Yolanda) was extremely helpful and had all the information readily available for all the questions I had. I walked in and visited our preferred size (recommend you plan your space accordingly and try some ideas like taping the dimension on the floor and placing your items in it) and walked out with a unit within less than an hour. Two thumbs up!

The door sign should show 15 mins come back!

I was by the Manger tell come before 2:00 pm on 5/1/2017 then when I got the at 1:00 pm nobody is there ,the office door locked.but the sign show“we are open"I wait at outside of office about 30m mins then the Manger come out Frome the stronage.she said she forgot change the sign for "15 mins come back” during the 30 minutes 2 people went the office try to pay the storage .then nobody there then they were left.

I would highly recommend this location. It's clean, quiet, secure and the staff is very friendly. Cameras and surveillance are a plus.

Great customer care!

The facility manager Yolanda is very nice and helpful. I reserved a small unit but found out it's too small at the moving day. Yolanda helped to locate and transfer to a big and nice unit. She was patient explaining on insurance, customer code, access hours, etc. It made my moving smooth and happy. I also got one month free with her help. The facility is only one story, so it is much easier for accessing.

Pros: Yolanda is very nice and knowledgeable. She takes time explain everything to you so that you understand all of the rules. Great location and awesome customer service. Clean and hours are really good. Cons: Price is not as stated on website.
