Amazing customer service in every aspect, best part was that I felt like family and my things would be well cared for!!! Associate on phone and in person was very helpful, and created an atmosphere of sincere welcome, conveying that Extra Space Storage is the best place to meet my storage needs in every way. My professional and personal storage needs are being met with climate control as well as a clean tidy facility. The ability to easily have access is very important to me and SpareFoot Storage meets my needs on every level. Thank you for being there for our community!!

Online advertising was misleading!

The price I booked online and what I ended up paying was inconsistent. I was compelled to add cost of insurance which I did not need. The manager of the facility refused to remove the cost.The facility was really well suited for the designed purpose, very clean and neatly maintained. Excellent access controls and very polite, friendly and helpful staff. There were no toilet facilities and we were denied access to the toilet facilities when asked to use them.

The storage area is very clean. Easy to move in, carts available to help move in. This oraganization is very organized.
