US Storage Centers - Los Angeles - Valley

Great place I feel comfortable that my thing are safe

Great price very clean and the customer service is great so happy that I found this place

Enormous clean facility. Manager Robyn was helpful and pleasant

This new facility is enormous. Even the largest of trucks can easily pull-in, park and unload. Convenient front and centrally located elevator, shorter steps to make. Manager Robyn was very helpful and engaging, she helped me the whole way through. I'm not certain what the difference is between the email .PDF forms I filled out and returned and the new set of forms I filled out at the facility. Time taken from unload to leaving was much shorter than I expected.

Clean facility

Very nice facility with friendly staff and a straight forward operation. Lots of hidden fees which I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t appreciate but otherwise a good choice

Very knowledgeable manager

This was the first time that I have been involved in renting a storage facility but Robyn answered all my questions even those I didn't know I had until they were pointed out. This place is filling out fast so don't wait.

First time storage owner

Rep from sparefoot was very friendly and helpful. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t remember her name but thanks for the communication! Paul at US storage was also very helpful and showed us around the brand new facility. It made getting out first storage unit easy and simple.

The staff Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve met have been professional and friendly

Everyone who works there has been helpful and friendly. The facility is spotless so clean.
