5 stars all around. This place is exactly as the reviews say it is.

It is kind of a weird place. my unit is in a cubby type unit. The elevator is always stuck on another floor. so that sucks

Super efficient, and secure .

The guy who runs the place " Ref" really knows his ("stuff") and is very easy to communicate with, yet he is not overbearing or breathing down your neck like some managers at other places! Place is super clean and the other tenants were actually friendly! The spaces are actually larger than the listed square footage... so .....Right On!

Ref was fantastic and very professional

Ref handled my paperwork and showed me the facility. He was friendly and very knowledgeable answering all of my questions. I was set and ready to move in within 15 minutes. The facility is clean and, although obviously an older building, it has excellent security in place.

Manager was very helpful

Needed a quick storage and wasn’t quite sure about the size or if I wanted to go with storquest. He made my choice easy

Staff is highly professional. Locker unit sizes are woefully overstated.

I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff and attention to follow up and detail. The facility seems well maintained. I do NOT appreciate the size of the locker unit being SO overstated. If you are off by over a foot in ANY direction, you are OVERSTATING. Less than four feet high is NOT 5 feet high. Less than five feet wide is NOT 5 feet wide. Things like this matter. Your staff puts you in a better light and tempers the lack of candor about your size being so far off what is advertised.

It's good not great

The unit is large. Wish it was 24 hours.

This was my first time using a storage unit. The staff was super friendly and helped me find what I needed for a good price. However, the building and unites themselves were kind of scary and gross, but maybe that's what all storage units are like?

Angel was GREAT. Professional and very helpful, efficient and Kind.

Angel was very helpful and answered all my questions. He showed me several units and I picked out the one I preferred. He completed my paperwork quickly and I left feeling like I had made the right decision for my storage.

I have no problems with my first impression when I got the unit. The women that helped me in the office was great. But later that night I wanted to drop off more my stuff before they unit was closed for the night. That's were everything changed in my experience. There were people changing and living out of the storage unit. One guy was naked changing in the hallway in front of his storage unit. Bums were all over the place and it looked like they were living in there storage unit and doing good knows what. I hurried up with my stuff and got out of there. I saw no security any where

Maria was so helpful, stayed late for me to help me out...made it so easy and with a smile. I felt instantly at ease with her and she is quick and efficient!!! I will definitely use this facility again! !

GREAT MANAGER AND SERVICE!

Luis, the manager goes out of his way at this facility. Very helpful. He was swamped with customers when I arrived but was very apologetic and still got me in and out fast. Great customer service!!!

Very rude lady at front desk.

I can't wait to get my stuff out. I think her name was "amber" and she humilated me in front of a few other customers for being a little behind, times are tough and why is she complaining as shes getting late fees tacked on? I had no problem with fees but my finacial situation did not need to be broadcast, so rude, and insensitive. will not be recommeding this faclity to anyone.

It's ok

Luis was super helpful and nice. But there are a lot of sketchy people coming in and out of the gates that made me a little uneasy. Wish the elevator was faster and not so time consuming to use.

New manager makes storage here the best choice in town

I must say that Luis, the manager, has made a deep impression on me when it comes to proper customer service and value of product when it comes to storage of my stuff. `Its not often that a storage personel would seem to really care, I know at the big name place they dont care at all about you. That was Public Storage. This is Storquest and its the great friendly service that will keep me forever as a customer and supporter. As for the cleanliness of this facility I think someone could walk the area a bit more often and pick up small scraps that fall from boxes.
