I'm in construction and do a lot of remodels so I have a lot of tools ladders takes up a lot of space in my house so having a nice convenient storage facility really helps out my business this place is great thanks hammertown storage

Prepare to have the rent raised over %25 after 6 months

I already paid an extra $10 a month for 24 hour gate access then after 6 months they raised my rent $35 a month on a unit I paid $154 a month on . That's more than they are legally allowed to raise the rent . I'm posting this review to encourage everyone to boycott this storage facility in protest of price gouging from all of these storage facilities around here. If we target these facilities one by one they will have to start respecting the consumer again. If you want to empower the people and get prices to a reasonable rate again do not rent from this storage facility. No one should have to pay over a $1 a square foot for a place I can't even live at.

This facility is well maintained and easy to access. The manager, Tanya, was very helpful and I was also able to purchase some needed supplies (mattress bags, etc.) on site.

I was in need of a secure facility to store a fair amount of personal property from an estate I inherited in Stockton. I must have looked at 8 other self-storage locations around town, all were either in a dicey area, filthy or over-priced.
