Moving sucks! The managerial couple who run this facility (Jim and Barbara?) are very knowledgeable and thorough and quick. Paperwork process was fast yet informative. I didn’t realize that my unit would be upstairs (which I did not want) and without skipping a beat, Jim immediately knew what was available on the ground floor, radioed his wife to make the change, and the paperwork was ready when we got there. Teamwork! The only drawbacks to the facility for ME are that you cannot access the electronic gate to both enter and leave the facility without getting out of the car (which is very annoying!), and having to put a face mask on to go in the office. I’m glad that I have a clean friendly place to store my stuff.

Went online to find a storage place. Reserved the storage through selfstorage.com, went in the next day, took less than 10 minutes to do my paperwork and start putting my stuff in the storage unit.
