I’m happy to say that when I called customer service they were able to help me out with finishing the process to move in. The reason being nobody was in the office. I only went to the office because I had originally missed a call from the location I was going to move into that same day. I tried calling back several times and had left messages but nothing in response so after minorly panicking I contacted customer service and they were able to help me out finishing the process so I can move in same day. Which customer service ended up helping me out effortlessly to be able to move in. I was contacted by the office the next day after messages had already been left and I already have moved in. Highly recommend to put actual office hours and not just location hours that way you’re able to be helped on site if needed. Due to cleanliness. how secure location is and of course the great price those are the reasons I would recommend this place. Just hoping prices don’t keep rising like other storages have done in the past.

i've always used public storage and...

i've always used public storage and have always been very satisfied. however, recently i been having a couple of issues regarding about my payments being late, getting different information. again regarding payment due date, and when i call, no one ever answers. and this is at any time of the day. i'm still very happy with your business. i just rented another space. i guess we're just going through some hic-cups. up untill now and this covers prior tears i,ve never had any issues. i think we'll get these straightened out. thank you sonia

Discount for having 2 units

I used to come here when it was shurgard storage so I felt comfortable here and safe. The only thing is I had to add another storage unit for me and I would think you would get a discount for having more than one but nope same size and more money.

Everything was a rush. They accommodated us without problems.

I called and they were helpful found exactly what I wanted a 10 x 10 drive-up unit. The manager was very nice and helpful. It was raining that day and horrible and everybody was not very happy. But these people seem to be happy and I appreciate that very much.
