    Really nice storage unit

    Please don't leave dead roaches in units.

    Customer Service was absolutely wonderful but when I arrived to my initial storage unit there were dead roaches in it. I am very nervous about that and I have never seen that in any storage unit I have ever rented. All else about the facility seemed very nice.

    The staff is friendly and helpful, BUT…

    Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been renting at this unit for 3mos and suddenly the rate went up by $50/mo! The facility only has THREE CARTS and oftentimes, myself and other people have to carry our stuff by hand. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve seen people use the rolling ladder to move their stuff. Also, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s summer and the access hours were CUT BY TWO HOURS! The ESS website has way lower prices and thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no fine print that lets us know they will will changed after 3mos. So, higher rate, lesser hours - what does that add up to?
