Move in was easy, very nice front desk attendent and acutally personnally walked me out to my spot. Great experience so far.

Manager not available

The manager was not on-site when I arrived to move in and since the lock I had purchased was not yet on the locker, I had to wait. The manager was not reachable by the customer service line, so I did not know how long I would have to wait (the manager ended up coming back 20 minutes after the sign indicated). The other problem is that I was assured by the customer service in advance that someone would be in the office all day, which was obviously false

Stuff you think you need

I needed a place to put things I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to part with right now, so I came across this place and the price was right and the location is great. And they have good hours, plus the size I was looking for.. all that said itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a great place to store stuff you think you might need :)
